The incumbent will analyze system functionality, develop a testing framework, and build automated acceptance tests in said framework as part of an AGILE SAFe software engineering team. The QA Engineer will spend time “building tests”, not “testing builds manually”; this is an engineering position, not a manual testing position.

The incumbent will analyze mobile application requirements, implement or develop a test automation strategy, and build automated acceptance tests as part of an AGILE SAFe software engineering team. The QA Engineer will spend most of their time “building tests”, not “testing builds manually” although some manual testing may be required due to the nature of mobile devices; this is predominately an engineering position, not a manual testing position (think 80% automation development/20% manual testing).
